Some of the sv2's need you to do a factory reset and autoscan and then turn emu on and exit to s*y2 and should update.

This is because the channel frequency has changed on some channels and if you have an old channel dump on s*y2 won't work.

instead of sitting like a numpty waiting for ages for it to update just go to the menu press ok on the set default key. then turn emu on the exit back to the channel sky 2 etc

yeah the codes will work for the box-t.
i got mine working with them

All the fix's are in Eamo's FTA Library at the bottom of my post for all the MMDS box's, see original post by scOuser, announcing the releases, so just update your box's, see first post.

Hi Guys

I'm based in dublin, Ireland using NTL. I have the original starview "the box". Just upgraded the firmware and manually input the new op codes & turned on EMU.. I done an automatic channel scan and found all the channels, however when I go to look at them they are just blank - signal strength is good..

Am I missing a step?? Please help, can't live without Sky sports!!

Menu > 1570
Go to set default key > press ok
Exit to s*y two & let it update.

In eamos library it says 457 soft is the latest for SV-2 but it will not download??

Any clues guyz?

I already put new soft in a starview 1 for a m8 so lead etc. is okay.

Its ok now after 8 attempts and nothing was changed, strange gremlins at work!!!
