I have an Iomega Prestige 1GB formated FAT32 with AVCHD structure (*.bdmv) for 100 titles, 00000 to 00099.* created with Nero Vision using "ghost movies".

My necessity to work with AVCHD folder is the GREAT subtitle support.
Playing mp4, ts and m2ts files you can't activate subtitles. :(

But mpls files have an error in PS3 when change to next m2ts. Its cause a loss of few seconds, i guess its a Playstation issue and not a TsMuxer bug, cause the time is correct.

Then my solution is:

1. Create a Bluray disc with split in <= 4 GiB. (FAT32 limit)
2. Demux parts of created Bluray.
3. Create again and again a Bluray with each demuxed part.
4. Rename files, copy to HDD and FIX playlist with a Hex Editor (xvi32).

[Part1 after rename] [Part2 after rename]
00034.CPI 00035.CPI
00034.MPL 00035.MPL
00034.MTS 00035.MTS

eg: TsMuxer created 00000.mpls pointing to 00001.m2ts(->00001.clpi),
you must rename *.cpi *.mpl and *.mts to 00034 and open "00034.mpl" to change in hex editor 00001.m2ts to 00034.m2ts.
