I frequent release sites a tad bit, I seen a copy of the game called BOLT for ps3 about 5.59GB, is that even possible? it is real according to the site editors (trusted site)
Most know the game and the site I speak of.
Just wondering why its so small snd how they expect to play it? I assume they mislabeled a ps2 version but seems too big imo,
Many PS3 games are only around 5-9 GB in size. I believe all games released on both PS3 and Xbox 360 are this size. The reason why is because the 360 uses dual-layer DVDs as its game media, which only holds around 9 GB max.
Most companies simply don't bother to put more onto the disc.
Most PS3 exclusives, though, seem to use more of the Blu-Ray's capacity. I believe Resistance and Uncharted come in at around 10-20 GB. And Metal Gear Solid 4, as we all know, barely fits onto a dual-layer 50 GB disc.
If you go onto torrents sites there are many people hosting PS3 games ISOs for you to get. So although you can create a backup of the PS3 games, the console will not recognise the disk and will not play it.
This is what the Game Copy Pro scam was, they claimed you could backup your games, which was true, but nothing about playing them which was what people were looking for.
