the limits of stupidity are never reached. some people are so impatient. its not like there is an entire library of new games out there right now using wave 3, its 2 games..thats it and they arent even blockbuster titles so why are people in such a hurry is beyond me. even if you have a banned box or do not go on live it still makes more sense to wait cause flashing later will be required anyway unless they want to waste time pacthing every sinlge wave 3 disc
If you send me questions on Live about modding or anything related i will block you. Dont be an idiot.

Hawx is definitely worth the waiting but I wouldn't risk a ban for it.
Xbox 360: Slim untouched with a faked 320 GB harddrive for XBL, phat with LT 3.0, played Halo early, so going on live would be an instand ban, also with a faked 320 GB harddrive
PS3: Untouched 160 GB Slim, 60 GB Fat with latest Rogero and 160 GB internal harddrive.
PSVita: hardly ever play it
GameCube: Black with a Viper chip installed. With gameboy player. Trying to get a Wavebird controller.

OK folks....here's my MLB2K9 update as everyone was curious to know:
I followed the instructions to fixing the MLB2K9 ISO by replacing the 3rd wave DMI and PFI video files (or whatever the 2 files that needed to be reinjected) successfully.
It works fine....
My first test was to try to Log onto XBOX LIVE today to poke around just to see if I am able to still log on. Everything at this point is fine. I dont have the MLB2K9 disk in the drive for anyone taking notes
I dont know if this tells us anything at all....perhaps it didnt cache and send anything to my Live account, or perhaps, it takes time, or perhaps, it stores in a central database with a flag next to my account to watch further?.
...Who knows, but I dont think I want to take the next daring step of logging onto Live with the CD in the drive and AUTO PATCHING the game...I dont think I want to be the guinea pig for that one

Agreed. I've been posting that to a lot to users about just flashing the dang 360 drive and be done with it. Plus people that are banned or don't go on Live, are trying to patch isos when they could just flash with a non-stealth firmware to play the 2 games with wave 3... lol

Hopefully it comes this weekend, I'm actually home this weekend and Sunday I have to go back to school :-( and if that's the case I'll have to wait 3 more weeks to update the firmware.

Alright I have an Update.
1.51 will be here this weekend. I was told the team is trying very hard to release in the Early AM hours of saturday for the USA timezones/ morning in the UK. If that goal isnt acheived then it will be released sunday for sure i was told.
So we have no reason to not be patient cause think about it this way guys the problem was discovered less than a week ago and we are getting a fix very quickly so be extremely thankfull to the guys putting all this together. They deserve mad respect for this.
If you send me questions on Live about modding or anything related i will block you. Dont be an idiot.

They deserve mad respect for all they have done so far, I for example wouldn't be able to write the first line of the code needed.

I readed that it can't load/play without patching iso or 1.51 but I just tried an unmodified iso of re5 with my 360 and ixtreme 1.4 and it works fine.

yea cause RE5 isnt a wave 3 title. it will work with any level fw

That isn't an official firmware release. If it was there would be read me files and the new Jungle Flasher included. The file only contains firmware bin files.
