It seems that this thread could be chopped in half if there wasnt so many requests for the same answers. Would be simple to read through 5 or 6 pages as opposed to 14. This is one of my first posts to this forum and the reason for that is I know most all questions have been asked and answered. Should the need for an inquisitive post arise, you can rest assured I have broken the search button before posting it. I for one would like to retain peoples interest in helping those who are truely in need!

how old is your 360? does it have hdmi and has it been sent to microsoft? if you answered NO then you "MAY" be able to add a second nand with special hardware. you would then be able to switch between ntsc and pal. The hardware you would need is is only about $80 us. It is a programmer and a piggyback nand chip. As stealth mentioned it involves some soldering. Also you must obtain and decrypt you cpu key. If you just want to buy a refurbished (professionally reflowed cpu, gpu, hana, and ram, plus cooling mods) ntsc console I have those for sale. 90 day warranty, 100 bucks usd, no cords or controllers but you can use the cords and controllers you already have. or for $190 bucks you can buy a ntsc console and not replace all that stuff and have both versions to choose from or sell 1

Flashed 2 hitachis (46 and 78), 3 benqs and 3 toshibas with iX1.51 (all working on Live).
Used either iprep 006.2 or firmware toobox 4.8.
If anyone needs a hand with some flashing without being a bother just PM me.

I have hitachi 59 1.4 just wondering if anyone know if I can use sata to usb adaptor to update. that's how I flashed before but never used jungle flasher

@ bd911... Yes... mine is newer one with HDMI... The problem is I live in south Asia... Normally they take 80 - 90 $ for shipping only. Again I have to pay 10% tax for the customs to clear it. Normally I get stuffs from my relatives or friends who comes to visit our country :)

has anyone ripped a wave 3 game yet? apparently xbox backup creator didnt seem to work for me and i really dont use any other programs. so if anyone knows which apps work with the wave 3 discs id appreciate it. oh im using a sh-d162d with kreon 1.00 firmware to rip my games.

I have a Virgin BenQ that has never been flashed and will be using a VT8237 chipset. I am looking at the userguide and can't figure out which process to use to "read the key."
1) Half Open Tray Unlock for iXtreme 1.5+
2) BenQ-Un-Lock Stock/ iXtreme 1.1 -> 1.41 / Xtreme Firmware?sOnly
3) DeviceID Unlock / Vcc Trick (VIA/Nforce only) Stock + Modified Drives (inc iXtreme 1.5+)
If I had to guess, I would guess (3) which starts on page 36. Am I right :)?
sum1 already had stevedawg and stevedawg85 is longer than 10 chars :(

If you use the 360 modification disc on a benq you wont have to worry about any of that. it does it all automatically and guides you with steo by step instructions the whole way thru very easy and simple to use especially for a first time attempt.

Stealth, I have a felling it's not allowed, but what is a download link for modification disk 1.51. I can't seem to find it. And is it a Windows GUI interface?

its on xbinx version 1.51. you boot to the cd. so burn the iso and then reboot the computer with the disc in. you may have to go into bios and change cd to the first boot device in the order for it to boot from cd. make sure you read the tut on disc to find your sata port number. you must use the right port for it to work correctly.

Hey xxdu4xx, I just ripped HAWX, 3rd wave game, with XBC Bakup Creator version 2.7 build 0265, checked it with abgx360 version 1.0.0, all checks passed, and burned it with ImgBurn version 2.4.2.0. I also re-checked the disc with abgx360 and all passed. I am using Samsung SH D162D external drive with Kreon 1.00 firmware for ripping and an external Memorex drive for burning. All works fine as long as you have 1.51 or better. Hope this helps you out.

yes that helps. ive been using xbox backup creator 2.8.0.275 for all my games and never used abgx to check them. i always trusted xbox backup creator to do everything properly and it seems to have always worked out. now im gunna have to rely on abgx but if i want to play my backups online then so be it.

The part in parentheses...does that mean I can flash my liteon without using a ck3? I've just ordered the VIA chipset...is that all I need with the new jungle flasher 1.51?

Will there be an update for xdvdmulleter? I love that program. I want to check stealth with at least two diff programs. I check with abgx360 so what else can I use to check 3rd wave games?

No, xdvdmulleter has been discontinued. Use ABGX.
