Does anyone know how to use the PS3 server to watch steaming video from the web. I have been told that you can use it to watch videos off of youtube. I am most interested in a website called gotmovies.net. They use divx to show full length movies for free. Any help would be really appreciated.

I doubt you'll be able to watch those, since the videos on those DivX sites use the DivX web player. That isn't installed or supported on a PS3.

What you CAN do, though, is download those files and put 'em on the PS3 hard drive. Or stream 'em. Whatever floats your boat.

Well... Mozilla's DownloadHelper attachment might be able to do the job; even without that, though, there should be an option with DivX Web Player to simply download each video.

Under the DivX tab of the player (or maybe by right-clicking the video screen) or so, you should be able to find the option "Download...". I don't remember too well, though. In truth, I only found that option a few times.
