I wanted to send a letter to Peter Dille at SCEA about our common problem. Can you please email me at *removed* with your issue about PS3 not reading BluRays like it is supposed to?

dude, jsut to ask but was Peter Dille a big company represntative or a person who sits in a booth answering support calls, seriously if it was the booth person they cant do anything, and no matter wat u do or anyone else does SONY DOESNT CARE, just get over it buy another and get on with ur life
