Hard coded subtitles in m2ts for PS3 streaming?

I'm attempting to accomplish having the english subtitle track for Apocalypto to be automatically on when the movie starts playing. Which I believe means hardcoding it in. Unless there is another option.

In another thread somewhere I thought I had seen someone post a method for doing this. I for the life of me can not seem to find it again anywhere. (or maybe my memory is going and I never saw it.)

Here is what I'm doing so far:

I'm ripping to a single .VOB file and keeping only the main audio track and the english subtitles using DVDShrink 3.2.

Then converting the .VOB to .M2TS with tsMuxerGUI 1.8.8.

tsMuxerGUI does not recognize the subtitle portion of the vob for in order for me to mux it.

If I remember correctly, I had seen somewhere else I have to use a prog to create a .srt? file of the subtitle track and then load it into Tsmuxer along with the vob in order to create the desired results? If someone could point me in the correct direction I'd appreciate it..
