I have a us ps3 and am moving to london and was wondering if i should get a converter plug for the cord or should i get an UK ps3 cord. I am just asking because i wasn't sure if one or the other would short out my ps3

If I'm not mistaken, the power supply is a universal adapter. It should work fine in any territory.

But don't take my word for it. Sure wouldn't want to be the reason for your PS3 getting fried overseas.
