If you used logic & told the flasher(hey mod it now and when if 1.6 comes out) youll pay the price, somepeople are JUST charging $20 , other $40 or so if its new. Just negotiate, dont sit back n complain about it.
Beside sdo you have to play Disneys SING it that bad, I do want to play hawk & MLB but since I just got Godfather 2, im loving it, and can wait till 1.6 comes out.

For you guys who don't want to or can't update your firmware, when you rip/download your games, you run them through abgx360 anyhow, right? It'll tell you what wave it is and only takes a couple minutes.
To me, that seems a lot quicker than posting here and waiting for a response about every new game.
Been a long time since i visited this site. Just saw last login somwhere in 2004. Anyway, the thing is if you have this list then no need to download or rip a 7gb file just to find out you can play it.

I'm assuming that you mean iExtreme but yes, you will need to update to 1.51 to play new games on this list.
If you are actually using Xtreme firmware the the games will play but you will get banned from XBOX Live.
I just want to clarify some thing that are being slinged about for the NooBs.
You cannot play a 3rd wave game (as is) on anything prior to 1.51 or a NON Stealth-ed firmware. If you don't know what NonStealthed is than you 99% do not have it. It is not about being Banned...... The disc WILL NOT PLAY..
That being said, I think the list is a good idea. I Flash 360's for alot of people and if they are not interested in anything 3rd wave around at the time than I (and others) don't have to rush and do more 360's than necessary at any given time and the NooBS and others that don't have the equipment don't have to panic. That being said : A game Patcher has been released to allow most earlier firmwares to boot and play 3RD wave games as long as it is NOT PLAYED LIVE! or you will be Banned! No Maybe There....
So if you want to play 3RD Wave games Live you need to be re-flashed to 1.51. If Live means nothing to you than use the patcher on the game if you like, but do not even have the disc in the machine when your 360 is connected to the INTERNET! Lastly, Unless you rip your own games there is no reason to wait for 1.60 as that is the only thing that will be addressed.. I Hope this helped some and I also hope the 3rd wave list is kept alive and accurate unlike the one I read earlier in this thread........

out of curiosity does anyone know what 1.6 will include , OTHER then letting u play wave 3? any extra security? will it be any better then 1.5?

Yes I thought I mentioned........1.6 focuses on ripping games. 1.6 will have 0800 dumping for all drives including hitachi...No extra security is slated but since 1.51 does have the side effect of the possibly of booting bad backups,(have not heard of any) this might be tightened up...

so what happens if I burn a 3rd wave back up and try to play it on an iXtreme 1.4 flashed 360?
It wouldn't work? Or it would work but my 360 would automatically get banned the next time I connect to LIVE?

I mod drives all the time, and I'm not a prick when someone just needs a drive upgraded. That's what I hate about some modders, they charge so much for the easiest thing. To upgrade a drive it's just $10 from me and that's for all the drives (including the LiteOn). Then flashing new drives would be $15 for the older models and $20 for the LiteOn's. I really do hate those people that charge $40+ for a flash. Pretty pathetic!
Anyways, can't wait for 1.6 to be coming. I'm currently running on 1.51, and haven't had problems at all.

That's a really good price, I was quoted £50 (around $73) here in Sheffield UK.
Managed to flash it myself for a hell of a lot cheaper once I got the guts to do it.

Wow... C'mon guys... Don't you Newbies read first before posting a question or comment?
I'm pretty sure this HAS BEEN posted somewhere before but:
3rd Wave Games (Backups) WILL NOT WORK WITH iXtreme firmware previous, previous meaning BEFORE (for the newbs) 1.51. 3rd Wave Games (Retail) will work with iXtreme 1.4, 1.5, and 1.51. 3rd Wave games, will however work with NON-Stealth Firmware (Oh gosh, I think I just threw all the newbs off)
So to sum things up:
Will 3rd Wave games work with iXtreme 1.4, 1.5 = NO
Will 3rd Wave games work with iXtreme 1.51 = YES
Let's updated this thread with its purpose in the title in mind: A LIST OF ALL 3RD WAVE GAMES

ok i think i have figured out the 3rd wave issue with Hitachi drives, or any drives that do not have ixtreme 1.5 or whatever is needed for wave 3 games. this worked with Guitar Hero Metallica and Resident Evil 5 so far.
go to the agbx360 homepage and go to the downloads section. there is a video image file at the bottom of the page, get it. put it in the StealthFiles folder of your agbx360 install. then:
1.) first do your normal rip to get the image of the game.
2.) then run the image through agbx360 as you normally would. now that you have that video file it can insert it into the image as needed.
3.) run the now agbx360'ed image through PPF-O-Matic to take the 3rd wave game down to a 2nd wave game.
4.) burn the image via the .dvd file or whatever it is.
viola! problem solved!
sorry if someone else has posted this fix before but i havent seen it. i have a hitachi drive in my 360, so no 1.5 for me yet. i hope this helps.

Ya 1.51 is out for all drives now. And that setup for taking the game from 3rd wave down to 2nd wave, is just a way to get banned! So if you're that desperate for a game, prepare to get a new 360. Or just upgrade to 1.51!
