I bought this from Best Buy close to 2 months now, I threw away the package it came in because I didn't see any thing else like a manual or instructions.

For the life of me I can't get the ps3 to recognize it or discover it. I've gone to the options of Manage Bluetooth devices but it searches for ever and it does not find it.

I have the head set on and I've played around with holding the power button, it makes some strobe lights then I search again and nothing again.

I've searched Sony's site but all I find is info on it, not troubleshooting info.

Can any one help?

NOTE: I did a search on this forum, I didn't find it.

Thanks in advance.

There's a usb input on the top of the headset, just plug that into the ps3 and it should sync. You'll facepalm once you notice it, I know I did.

Thanks for the reply but that didn't work either. Am I missing a step or two? I am just awful at this stuff.

I plugged it into the other usb spot, it recognized it on the Manage Bluetooth options, I clicked on options and connect but it gives me a " connection can not be establised - 80010009

So that didn't work.

Then I tried to " register new device " it starts scanning but nothing.

Should I have the headset still plugged in? Should I unplug it? Should I throw it away? Should I get an xbox?

Thanks for all the help.

Plug the USB cable into the ps3 first then plug up the headset.
