Jerky playback on ps3 with convertxtodvd

Hi

I used to use the old version 2 of convert. now i have the new version 3.3.4.106. Since i installed the new version i have been geting jerky playback on my ps3. it works fine on stand alone dvd player and on my pc. I have tired Verbatim dvd-r and dvd+rw and the same thing keeps happening. i tried buring with nero, dvd shrink and convertx2dvd own engine and it keeps doing the same thing. i went back to my old version 2 and that started to give me the same problem aswell. please can someone help. it never used to give me any problems before. When i convert the avi file with other softwares then it plays fine on the ps3.
