Guys, the amount of people jumping into other peoples threads is a joke, people are looking for help and in the middle of the thread is the "is there a fix for...." "where can I get...." There tonnes of threads on here already covering the whys and why nots and its just laziness on some who wont search or use the search button up top
We have good Kryptview threads and Fix for SV USB threads which contain a lot of stuff that you need to update and get your box working

NEW HD CHANS
HD Content is just that, the only box that will show HD chans is a HD box, such as the Eurovox EX7000 listed above, other standard boxs will pick them up but wont display them. in Ire, they are on N3, so you wont get them with a HD box such as the above
WHERE to BUY?
Use google to find where you can buy them, google Skywonder, TMC, Wizzard sat, Sat Kings, awsatellites etc, you will find what you want

FIXS for Older boxs
There is no fix for the older starviews, SV1, THE BOX, SUPERBOX and starview PVR older twin tuner box, older Eurovox, RED, BLUE or MAX, Replay Lite, Digivox silver and XL, nor has there been any news of one.
If there is something it will it be posted, but please give people a rest with the thread hijacks, start reading the posts before creating a new on on the same thing, makes life easier for all and you will find people will be happier to help with genuine problems

abcom ipbox 900HD (AKA cuberevo mini)
and I presume the abcom ipbox 9000 (with twin tuner, AKA cuberevo).
Just a note that the 2 main types of itgate work, there is a PVR and standard box.
Also some might not know that their box is infact a dreambox clone. I have seen 2 with totally different names. Probably more out there, eagle box or something, and another from south africa (I was told).

Great suff Michah Sometimes it seems like people get these boxes then when it need help or advice,they wade in without reading the threads and getting the answers that are allready there
Its like getting a motocar then when they have a flat tyre shouting Help what do I do?All the advice and help is allready on AF yet people are still starting new threads about the same thing.As i said its like having a car and not knowing how it works .Just clogging evrything up

kryptview is working fine the only problem is the remote, very slow to work, I bought a second one and that is a little better but nowhere as good as it should be

Would the Dreambox not be a better option to buy for Ireland, as these are working fine and are easy to work on and update if further problems arise. just my personell view ,but may be worth looking into before spending the yo yo's....

The dreambox isnt as well supported as kyptview and starveiw4. It took a hacker to fix the box and when N3 rolls out it will be back to square one

Not a lot of people are up on using Linux, the arnet and similar are a bit easier to use for the novice, but its up to the person and how good they are with a PC and flashing etc
