backup dvd with shrink but when ready to copy nero does not pop up and burn ( both latest versions)
Have roxio record now installed will this make any difference

Roxio doesn't play nice with a lot of programs. Uninstall Roxio and try again.

Roxio is very bad with Nero, I couldn't even get Nero to install with Roxio on my system. There have been a lot of people with the same problem.
