I am trying to burn without Nero (I have 5.5 and can't get it to work with shrink....seems the guides are written for Nero 6)....Shrink will also not recognize my TDK Indigo ext.DVD+/- multiformat burner...based on Herbsman recommendation, I am seeking the process/guide
that will allow me to burn DVDs(DVD-9)without using Nero....I believe it has to do with setting the options of ISO output in DVD shrink...please provide step-by-step....am very new to the burn process...have however read and tried all the guides....thanks....

Ok you open DVD Shrink, and shrink as your would normally,(hoping you have a working knowledge of shrink).
When you click the backup button,where it says select target,hit that dropdown box, and select, create iso image. Down at the bottom left of that window,should be an option that says, launch decrypter(or something to that effect)tick that box and, when shrink is done, decrypter will open up, and burn your iso file.
