As if LT will not be detected by Microsoft.. yeah right..
It will probably be just a matter of waiting before the next ban wave hits in.

m41m3d if you dont want to have faith in the fw you dont have to use it you know, its all a game of cat and mouse and if everyone does get banned again then thats the chance they choose to take.

What if you have no hard drive connected but a 512mb memory unit? Does the ban disable the memory unit connected or the console itself?

Hardly likely, since it will take them a while to decipher the new firmware if LT touch or whatever does actually what it says its meant to do. Unless, MS made a super firmware detecting program which detects any differences whatsoever. It took MS a while before they could detect the firmware. Correct me if I'm wrong, up until then, the only way to get banned was with bad rips.

MS did ban a bunch of homebrew consoles on Christmas day. While those guys should have never had a homebrew console on LIVE to start with, it does show that MS is still watching.

Yeah, I was surprised that so many got banned. Not so much that they were banned, but that so many were actually on LIVE with their homebrew consoles.
Sure, I'm sure some of those guys don't care about being banned. But why ruin a perfectly good console if you know that it is detectable and will be banned. It can always be flashed back to stock and sold.
I have a few of them now and I'll never run them on LIVE. One's for someone else, another is for sale, and the last is my own. Mine is a April 09 Jasper with the 512 mb onboard memory and had the 7 series Lite On. I picked it up off Ebay brand new in a sealed box for less than retail.

You need to start with an older dash. But when you flash your nand, you're flashing it with the latest dash (8455).

Yes....Delayed until further notice.
IMO it will be a while since they initially were going to not bother with Lite on 1.61 and just come out with lite touch but then delayed lite touch and came out with 1.61. I'm thinking months. I know it sucks!

I have my doubts that it will be out any time soon. After talking to some people, the impression that I got was that it isn't going to be released for a long time. Too much drama!
