Well I bricked my first 360 ever...
Cygnos + plus RROD = Fully bricked 360....
So I finally was figuring out how to get frestyle dash xexloader and all that going was on the furge of tetsin out XeXloader, When bang Screen freeze, restart back into RROD, Damn man, so i reflow the board by putting it into my toaster oven at 185 F, put it back together starts up fine... Ok turn cynos on and nothing huh..... alright back off... turns on fine.... ok maybe the nand flash got screwed, tryed orig nand on cygnos worked fine, tryed *********-nand got E79.... Mmmmmm really wierd after i had it just working.... 360 RRod's again.... once again i fix it do a quick cheap reflow...... got it going again this time, alot of invalid blocks while reading the cygnos nand, non while reading 360 nand... so i figured a simple reprogramming would fix the invalid block on the cygnos (had to use toolbox 1.05 with ignore invalid blocks) After this everything i try and read the 360 nand or cygnos nand or program the cygnos nand it says please check install, and to top it off the 360 doesn't even turn anymore no matter which setting the cygnos switch is set to... OMG jjeeeeeze, im gonna go with the JTAG LTP on my next box... rediculous.... Think maybe i could rewrite the 360 nand using the LTP trick? I already got many proper nands already for this mobo
Ehhhhh!

That's the first thing I'd do. Actually, the first thing I'd do after installing the lpt is dump the nand and compare it to the other dumps.

That's why I'd dump it first and compare them. If it did happen to be good then you'd know your rrod was some other hardware issue.
But if you're already trying to write now then it's too late to check. If you're getting errors, change your lpt port to epp in your pc bios.

Thx for the heads up i changed to epp in bois, and still gettin the same error code, i revamped all my lpt connections so i know they are flawless. when i try to eitherr read write or erase any block it posts
"Error:8001 reading block 1"
replaceing reading with writing or erasing all give me the same thing, I tryed the Nand pin sort rtick didn't seem to do anyting no matter how man times i ran the wire across the pins. And im still gettin the corret flash config start and end blocks, just cant read or write.... I was so hoiping for the nand pin shotr to save my bacon, might have to sell as is, unless any other ideas come up... thanks for all those who came up with some ideas

This isn't a beauty contest. We're not here to judge how good it looks. Just how functional. Just trying to cover all the bases.
