The same thing happened in Dublin lads, ya just leave them to sort themselves out, it's also better not commenting on things like that as the providers monitor the posts here, let's not give the feckers any info!! ;)

The starvew had been working - hence the reason for the thread. If the SV comes back then this thread will be again relevant so I don't think it should be closed.

hi all just took delivery of sv6 followed all instuctions and still only getting same channels as i did with my old sv the box in n*l area (glasgow) able to get ss channels but not movies could some1 please point me in the right direction as to where im goin wrong apoligies in advance if this has been covered but as hard as i try i cant find answer

thanks hooter is the guiness file for ireland only im in glasgow area also im not 100% sure my area has fully gone nag 3 my old sv still getting sly sp but no other premium channels (how do i check if on nag 3)ive got ss on sv6 but no movies etc thanks for your help

if your channels are gone from your old starview you are on nag.3
also use the "carling file" for the sv.6
or for the sv combo use the guinness for that 1

more than likely a problem with the server then
though i have not been keeping up with whats going on the last couple of days myself
just make sure you followed the guide to exact
also make sure you have no splitters for other tv's and cable is going direct to the box

thanks hooter ive started from scratch again no splitters etc followed guide to the letter still no joy ive loaded only carling file should i be putting another file on box as well sorry for being a pest but i bought 2 of these for £280 and cant afford for them not to work

have you made sure you can connect to the internet? There should be a menu there to check the internet connection and it must say connected. I do not have this particular box so not familiar with the Menus. Also make sure you have selected Ustream and all that.

Does the box show connection status as connected? If it is then podssible a problem with the server.
