Skype has announced this week that they will be offering free calling for a month in countries that have World Cup soccer teams. The deals vary, but subscribers for the most part will have free minutes or unlimited minutes to call landlines in their countries for 30 days. they should just do it free for everywhere instead cause a lot of countries are still missing.

Most likely an issue of cost. They have to negotiate with local operators, and many of them probably aren't happy to give them reasonable rates.

Remember, they have to pay local operators to connect the call.

Yeah thats true, guess I was too griped that my country wasn't listed to actually think about the details that come into play lol.
