Hi recently i reformated my computer and since then i haven't been able to locate the disk dvdxcopy express I have however located the license ID# and the password
so first I went to 321studios of coarse and they sent me a news letter not much help.
second I went to there forum and they suggested a link as to where I could download a copy and that if I had the license ID# and the password I would beable to start the program and go from there. Well when when I reinstalled it it didn't prompt me for my license ID# and the password and it didn't work either is there anything different that you might beable to help me with I need more idea's

Thanks in advance

This is just a guess, but you probably owned the version with the rip decrypter included. The new download does not have the decrypter in it. If this is the case, try this new patch.

It restores X copy to the original complete program.

Why bother, DVD Shrink is free and better?

I agree. I was one who bought both XCopy Platinum and DVDCloner2. Then found A/D. Now only use Shrink and Decrypter.

Very handy link you have posted.
Shame there's no RF versions on it. :(

I still say why bother, get DVD Shrink and use the guides available on AD's web stie. Once you've taken the 5 to 20 minutes it takes to learn to use DVD Shrink, you will have forgotten about anything thats produced by 321 studios.

Sophocles,
This has been discussed at great length in many places, so why start again? Some people like one product, some people like another. It's called freedom of choice.
If you like shrink, then great. It is a fine little tool, however this is not a DVD Shrink thread, so your comments are somewhat off topic, so pease don't try to turn this into a Shrink vs XCopy p*ssing for distance competition. It's already been done.

Psi

I have no problem with freedom of choice if you have no problem with freedom of speech. Nothing in this thread has been discussed "at great length."If you read the original post you will note that grantithed is unable to use his copy of DVD X Copy express because he lost his key or he is unable to use the software. I'm simply suggesting an alternative that can be used right now.
