hi, i followed all instructions on page1 and all im getting is SErc on my box. can anyone please tell me why?
do i have to put emu on 8989?

You havent followed the instructions as no where does it mention 8989
no 1 get a usb stick what to save things on surely you will have 1
no 2 save firmware on usb
no 3 factory default box
no 4 put firmware on by accessing the usb by going into box men utility usb select the firmware updater
no 5 before scan make sure box is on u stream menu options network
no 6 when scan is done put on b4u movies type in the remote 1819 should be working.

i didnt do 8989 mickah.. was just asking....not working tho... :-(
put the carling 1.03 file on, then scan for channels without your lan cable plugged in, next do the 8989 on accessories and make sure everythink is turned on. when you have done this install the new software on your box and plug your lan cable in. then go to ss1 and pres 1819 leave for a few minutes then you should get channels working.

Is it that you've got a HD box ? I think we jus want a box that's workin ye no at the minute meslf I want it boxed litterally, then I think it's mid October is wen I will be looking at HD but for now just channels sorted.

hi its iv got the starview hd combo and i was wondering when a fix will be out for it

Arrrr I dunno meself m8, wa am readin on ere tho is ppl are avin a struggle gettin the new firmware on there sv and are losin chanels only a tester or somethin

my mate had no problems with his sv7 he said getting a lot of channels now and not going off as much i only wish they would do one for the hd boxs so we can get some channels back and would make a lot of people happy

dont why your being told to put an old carling file onto the box as you have to factory reset the box after flashing firmware onto each time to make sure the firmware is on properly, if you followed the above you should be connected, it has been up and down the last few days also and as this has worked for others its down to your set up, not the file itself, so I suggest you look at your cables, router etc and follow the above
