dvd shrink encoding error

Hello eaveryone, I've used dvd shrink for the first time and followed the how-to directions on this site.
The problem I'm having is when shrink starts encoding and at 50% the program freezes and I get an error.

Please help, what Am I doing wrong.

Its says failed to read file "E:\: Data error (cyclic redundancy check).

usually that means a dirty disk...

try taking the disc giving it a good clean (both discs) and uninstall, then reinstall

hopefully that will get your sorted
