GUYS THERE IS A NEW WEB UPDATE FOR YOUR A780 KRYPTVIEW SO PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BOX WITH IT, ALSO MAKE SURE YOU FACTORY DEFAULT YOUR BOX AND DO A NEW SCAN.

dont really matter as long as a new scan is done from main feed and not through splitters.

seame that the s/w update line not on just now try swithing box off at bk then bk on on at teesside try at a later date

Hi E45,mine is April 2012 and tried to update nothing is coming up,my bx is off as well.There is anything I can do? G area. Thanks

Same in Teeside, April 2012 firmware but no TV or update available, switched box and router off still same.

mine same, lost channels this morning tried update just stuck at update page.

now dont know if this will work for anyone else but i went against the norm.
did factory reset>rescan then s/w update and bingo all up and running again.
and thanks e45 for the update, update.

That worked on mine (well picture came back on ) haven't done update yet?
Is the update necessary since i don't have any glitching issues

dont update at your own peril, updates are for a purpose not just something they fancy doing to break the boredom :)

managed to get the update to recognise i was trying but said software download will begin after reboot, which it never did after 6 attempts :/

did you reboot yourself ? as supposed to let kv rebboot

let kv do it wouldnt even had time to reboot it myself the message popped up and it rebooted after about 1 second
