Can somebody tell me why I cannnot change the internet setting , i think some of these programs has something to do with it: zonealarm, spy sweeper or tweak manager... when I try to go to my internet connection properties, there to advanced, the comes message something like "WMI information maybe damaged" or something like that. Cos' of this, a cannot open the firewall 6881-6889 holes, and bittorrent is SLOW!
I tried this: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/73686 but internet explorer didn't connect to my ip site!

What BT Client are you using. Try Azureus.

I use bittornado. I found the answer to the problem, it's my router (Zyxel prigate 600) that's locked, i cannot change open the 6881-6899 or other ports cos' the 23 is locked, so I can't configrate the box...
Is there a way to increase download without opening the ports or a way to pass the lock on the router?

That really depends on your connection speed. About ports because blocked, could it be because of your ISP?
Lately a lot of ISPs have been blocking P2P ports. I would either call your ISP and ask nicely about this problem.
Anyway, I can't really help you on the subject of Routers, so good luck with your problem.

Erm... the guy said they were opening ports, so I would guess he has no problems anymore since he didn't post in the topic....

Well, if you have a firewall, you're going to have to manually open them...
Usually, the firewall has an option to open a specificed "Port Range". I would recommend you read the manual and find out!
