With me I now use DVD Shrink 3.1 on 70% of my DVDs the other 30% I have to use the Nero StartSmart, DVD X Maker or DVD X Copy. As if this time I dount don't know how to use the DVD Decrypter but Im working on it

Hell all DVDs and the some soltware is a problem. As for the haveing more problems with Disney animated than regular movies ==ME==TOO= Up Disney As if list night and what what down on this pc (I work tell 5AM on it)Im starting to look more and more to going back to the old days of the VHS and 33,78,rpm Records and the Music of the big band days. Look at all the S--t that is in them to stop us from making copys and now we have to register all the solfware that we buy as will as more and more are asking for info on you befor you can download free software that is only good for 15 days. I'l tike the old M1 and the old Corps eney day
PPS Im havein a lot of trouble wit the $100 Nemo it is not doing what it says it will do

devil60 what problems are you having? are you using xpress? there are a lot of programs that interfere with the backing up with xpress,its what they call a blacklist,this could be the cause of most of your probs,*touch wood* mine hasn't failed yet,that was after i got rid of the blacklisted programs on my PC :)i had a few failures till i got in touch with tech support,and the blacklist supplied,got rid of them.....no further worries

321gone isn't working for me. I click on the button and nothing happens. I had previously moved the temp folder to my desktop from the default location, does this have anything to do with it?

Samuels: Is that "Black List" posted anywhere on the net? If so please post the link for the rest of us, if not, please list them here, so we all can enjoy them...
Ni4ni: If you are using the latest version of 321 Gone and it does not find your storage folder, it will ask you to show it where it is. I believe that I would goto PsiDoc's link and download the latest version, and try again!

Thanks for the blacklist. You must add DVD Rescue
from 321 Studios to the list. Needs to be completely
uninstalled. Which is ok because it doesn't work.
Rescue caused my xpress 3.2.1 to create read errors.
I use win2000 pro. I uninstalled Rescue and problem
went away. I reboot before each session of xpress and
have no other software running. I also use DVD Shrink which uses my Nero 6 software for burning. Everything works great now.

Same thing is happening with my 321 gone. I copy the movie to my temp directory, then I run 321 gone , when I click the 321 gone button , it just closes the program with no warning. If you find a cure, please let me know. thanks

there you go,someone else has kindly put up the links :)
also you must have evertyhing up to date,i use WIN98 SE, so it's kept upto date with the windows update automaticaly,also you MUST have the latest ASPI drivers

ALWAYS reboot your system after removing or updating.....and ALWAYS double check that you have actually removed the blacklisted programs,by going thru your control panel(add and remove programs)or directly thru your program folder.

hi guys this blacklist says i should disable certain programs including nortons anti virus, spy ware etc when i am using the 321 dvdx copy series.However i havent and don't and i dont get the problems you are all getting and my 321 gone works perfectly

Hi. I used your 321Gone DVD Backup screen remover patch and maybe did something wrong. You tell me. I followed your directions but when I played the movie, it had removed the FBI warning file instead of the backup screen. If i could get this patch to work, it would make me a much happier person : (

adaware isn't so much of a problem,but the rest acts up with dvd xpress,Hmmmm maybe you are one of the lucky ones...:),hope the luck holds out for you,if not you know what to do,also i think from memory,norton is ok to run as well,its Mcafee that can cause the most probs.
ok can some one help me,backed up a movie l/nite,read it,went to burn it,light was red,i went to make a cuppa,came back,noticed burner light had changed to orange and stuck on 78%,using dvdx xpress,any ideas

If the move is over 120 mins. you wil need DVD Shrink as some are. and use DVD+R as the + is mad to record and play clock wise and the DVD-R will record and play counter clock wise most player are made to play clock wise ther is some that will read either way but not burn counter clock wise

Props to PsiDOC for 321Gone. I've used .62 and it works as advertised with Xpress (2.5 I think). Downloaded .63 but haven't tried it yet. I have also DVD Shrink and I think it's a great program. Sure, just about anyone can download install and run DVD Shrink, but oh wait...you wanted to BURN the DVD??? Yes I do have Nero and I'm sure just about everyone does (not QUITE everyone), but it's still an external app and one more link in the chain that can be broken. For an all in one solution that's very simple, Xpress is a great app. There were times when I used to get some bad burns, but I got 2x4all for my Cendyne / Pioneer 105 and have yet to make another coaster in the last 50+ burns.
It burns...IT BURNS!!!
