alot of people made their own. look for:
xmbWAVE and
xmbicon Packager
both can be found at dl.qj.net
There is also some links in this thread for downloads too....look in people's post's.

:P i have it:P ok i solved that one.i just re-downloaded it.now the thing is that i don't know how to use it.a tutorial on how to make ur own xmb would be usefull.

xmbicon packager. that one allows you to change your icons. xmb wave allows u to change the waves (for instance mine are blue)

u can use the topmenu_plugin.rco file in the xmbiconpacker/data/3.02 folder. That's what hold's the text. Grab any hex-editor of choice and start editing.

ok start reading some readme's.....lookin thru some threads......hell u can use the search button under windows explorer.
Spoiler:
It's in flash0 somewhere. All you have to do is overwrite it with the new one.

nevermind that.i have another prob.i put waveflasher plus waveflaser% in psp/game.then i put some files(system_plugin_bg_deflate , system_plugin_bg_part1 , system_plugin_bg_part2 , system_plugin_bg_part3 , system_plugin_bg.rco)in ROOT/system_plugin_bg.then i opened my psp and it stucks in the fase that sais sony computer entertainment.what can i do???i think i bricked my psp:_-(

if it's when you try to run the homebrew on your psp......it's not bricked you just dont have it installed right, or on the right kernel.
