It had to be your UMD or your settings.

Is it a original GTA UMD or iso(untouched)?
(If it is not an untouched iso go to page 10 or 11 here so you know how to fix it)
for iso
DEVHOOK v0.46(FW v2.71)
TARGET: (reboot XMB)
UMD-ISO: ms0:/ISO/game.iso
UMD-MODE: ISO ANYUMD
FLASH: ms0:/dh/271(MS HOOK)
UMD Ver.: 2.xx -> 2.00
CLOCK: 222/111
USB: Enabled(or off if you have iso's in your MS)
PL-ADR: 89000000

for UMD
DEVHOOK v0.46(FW v2.71)
TARGET: (reboot XMB)
UMD-ISO: UMD disc
UMD-MODE: UMD disc
FLASH: ms0:/dh/271(MS HOOK)
UMD Ver.: 2.xx -> 2.00
CLOCK: 222/111
USB: Enabled(or off if you have iso's in your MS)
PL-ADR: 89000000

hey, juan, unfortunately I have no save of Valkyrie Profile as its only less than 5 mins into the game, I have this problem on every cso and iso out there, I have d/l them all.I have installed Devhook 0.46 the latest (20MB in size I believe) copied both the dh and psp folder onto root of of my newly formatted memory card, I have checked the authencity of my sandisk 1GB memory stick,its a legit one.I have rechecked my devhook settings and there are as follows:

Target:reboot XMB
UMD-ISO:mso:/ISO/Valkyrie.profile.cso
UMD-Mode:ISO ANYUMD
Flash:ms0:dh/271(MS Hook)
UMD Ver:2.xx ->2.00
Clock:222/111
Remote:remote controller
PL-ADDR:89000000

And the weirdest thing, is no one will believe this, is I HAD Tales of Eternia working this ONE TIME, on devhook 0.46 and now is doesnt load as well, settings I assume were the same as above, all I get now is , game could not read disc, and I have tried original US Hot shots Golf, Metal Gear Ac!d, Wipeout and a few more same 'error message, do I need to get a game with higher firmware in order to make this error go away?
Sorry abt the rant x-p

ps2dcgba I think that your DH is not working try to reinstall it.(all the games that do not work for you are working for me)

tyrone10 you can get GTA(US).iso to 815mb(full game) whit UMDgen 3.50 by deleting the update folder.(some games only take off like 40mb when you delete the update)
I relink the music and have the iso at 500mb.
If you play the .cso game at 333Mhz it lags less then in 222.

After u obtain the ISO..make a folder in the root of your stick called ISO and put your ISO's in that folder.

open the iso with umdgen(file open) and then look for the folder SYSDIR and inside there delete Update folder.Then make a new iso.(file save) new 815mb iso

to relink the music(.at3) look for the folder MUSIC and right click a small .at3 file and File Relinker/Use Source.Then the files that are big(10 file with names of the Radio)right click and File Relinker/ Relink to Souerce. save a new iso

For other games that you what to relink movies(.pmf) do the same but use a .pmf as the source.(I relink the credits or extras)

nope, nesterj is homebrew, and 2.71 can't support it(not even emulated firmware)

yes nesterj(new) can work with the emulated 2.71 firmware with DHv46.(not in a 2.71 FW psp)
Because they fixed it so it worked with devhook.(you can fix more homebrews so they work with devhook but you need some app for your PC)
