Heroes Lads - no other word for it !!!
Even managed to get all the channels back in the old order etc. The only thing that didn't come across was the favorite name categories (i.e. sport, movies etc - instead it called them Favorite 1 to favorite 8)
Well done again - it wont quite be the same coming home every evening and not having to log on here to get the new codes.

Hi,
not sure if this is the right place to ask this but here goes
my Replaylite box will not switch on.The power is going to the box as I can see the red power light but will not turn from red to green with remote.The remote is working with another box.Is there a simple fix or is the box knackered

Hi,does anybody know if this latest firmware will work with the Replay PVR-C100? If i install it will i lose the hardrive functions? Is there a fix on its way for the PVR-C100? Cheers, Dylthril.

have been reading old posts and i think i need a usb to 9 pin connector to access the laptop.anyone know where i can get thisand how much it costs?im in dublin.my laptop has 1 x 15 pin connector and 2 x usbs. thanks again to all.

yes, you need the usb to serial 9 pin connector.
Maplins have them, part number ZP43W. Not too sure re price.
Got my new software loaded just now. Thanks for all the help Brian, Novice, gman etc etc.

fair play to ya milltown will go there 2moro and get the connector,hopefully then i can upgrade to new software as per brians instructions and that will be the end of that chapter
Don't unplug the box until until you see it flashing at this speed

Parental lock
Current password 0000
Parental lock ?off
Install lock ----off
New password 7777
Confirm password 7777
Goto Key Manager
Current Key?.OK
Auto update?..ONExit to TV Screen,
Go to a premium channel and wait for the box to unscramble.
Please be patient as it does this.
Brian, can this be flashed straight from 7.52 to 910?
If it can go from 7.42A then I see no reason why it wouldn't..

you can buy that in Peats on Parnell St. if memory serves correctly it was ?15
Considering the fact that the new software is a Beta file and it cant be cloned does this mean that its not a final release??

Just carried out a straight flash from v7.52 to 9.10 without any problems.
Everything working peachy ;-)
Channel count: 145
Just to clarify for anyone interested in the Maplin PCI Serial Port card option, I can confirm (contrary to initial reports) that they are 100% Vista Compatible.
Maplins FAQ section states that they are not but this is incorrect.
I installed two today after checking with the supplier & they do come with both XP & Vista drivers & are working perfectly on both operating systems.

Hi,
Got ours up & running last Friday thanks to the helpers on this thread, but I've woken up this morning to find that it's gone again at 6am! Exactly the same as before, same symptoms as when the codes changed last week. Has anyone else had the same thing?
I know it's a bit early, but wondered if they change codes possibly ANOTHER time? Thanks

Hi
Can anyone tell me how to update starview boxes. They are real 1st gen boxes and i just want to see how easy it is to do.i have a few to do this weekend and could use some advice. is it done the same way that the replay lites are done?

Hi guys - got a Replay Box PVR (not lite) and channels have gone off again... in ex C & W area. Tried inputting new codes but no joy. is there a latest firmware uptdate around?? can any one confirm latest coeds for EX C&W...
