Backup isn't correct region with AnyDVD

Hi,

I'm a newbie who has been reasonably successful backing up my DVDs until I hit a major stumper today. I backed up The Simpsons Season 3 by running AnyDVD in the background, then running it through DVDShrink, and finally burning with Nero. This is how I've done all my other backups, which were all successful. For some reason when I play these on my computer or my home DVD player the menus all work fine but when I select an episode it says that disc is the incorrect region. When I play the original DVD in my computer it will play fine except if AnyDVD is running in the background - then I get the same message. This is the first time this has happenned - in fact I backed up The Simpsons Season 5 with no problems. Furthermore my home DVD player is hacked to be region free so any disc should play on it (and has until now). The backups are supposed to be region free but clearly there is a problem. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
