I bought and downloaded anydvd a week ago. Blah blah blah it installed. It works fine.
I did not write down or copy my license key, but I do have the link for it.
Anyway, I want to put it on my other computers, I was able to copy the slysoft folder onto a portable usb memory thingy, but I am unable to install it.
I went to the slysoft website for help, but you need the lic key to ask them questions, and I dont know how hot to decipher the key from the link I have for the key :(
Just email the makers of AnyDVD and tell them your story and as long as you have proof you purchased the program then they will give you another licence key.
the link you have, should activate the license key....
do you still have the email slysoft sent you after you paid for
the program?? the link should also be in there aswell.
if you do have or can find the license key, well you need to copy
it to a floppy disk, and keep it safe somewhere.

well don't really know what you mean but, you should delete the
probgram you have installed now AnyDVD and start over....
the way AnyDVD works is this, anyone can download the free trial
at any time........................
what you do is then buy the "license key" , what that does then
is you download the key...then just click on the key and that in turn
gets rid of the trial period, and activates the key , then you won't
get opo up's saying that you have so many days left on your trial
period.......
all you need to do to update is down load the newer over the last ver. you have, but in the lastest ver 4.6.3.1.
so if you keep the email, you shouldn't have a problem...
but i would delete the slysoft folder you talked about
and go back to slysoft.com and reinstall the program,reboot
your computer, the install the key and click on it....
I dont have the email, but I did print it. The link is very long and I am guessing that the license is in that link somehow (the numbers).
I have the link saved on my "jump drive", a Lexar Jump drive, USB 2 portable storage device.
I copied the SlySoft folder from my program files. In that folder is another folder, ANY DVD. In that folder are 8 items;Language, Manual,AnyDialogue.dll, Any DVD Any DVD Application Slysoft Inc, Any DVD-Uninst, Installhelp.dll, RegAnyDVD AnyDVD Registration Tool, and SetDisplay Frequency. The little "fox" is the icon for 2 of the items; RegAnyDVD and AnyDVDApplication.
If I click on either of these 2, I get a message that my trial period had ended.
I have tried to uninstall the previous SlySoft apps and removing any of those items using a search, but it still says my trial period has ended.
Do I just need to click on the link I was given on the email?
ok yes the part about the trial period has ended, is ok...
yes the link in the email were talking about should be the
key...try to click on it...
ok you also said you had to have the key to talk to them,
about this, well before i bought this i emailed them and
ask many questions...(about use it on several
different computers, they said fine, ..all you need
is the key to activate it on any computer..
