did you go to the one next to Fairview? Cause across the street Future shop had a lot less people, but only 10 console, and Maxi(?) had 3 consoles, people had already lined up.

Yeah maxi is also charging 10 dollars more for a ps3. Futureshop had a line of more then 10 people.

what are you planning on doing, waiting till Jan. for the next shipment, or EBAY. I went to THE SONY STORE and they said they weren't gonna get any for a while, that pissed me off alot!

my camping is going swimmingly. im 5th in line, and my friend is 6th. he's selling his place for around 300 or more. got this is fun. i'll let you know how everything went, but right now im in a hurry. i came home to shower, shave and brush my teeth, aswell as to find something to pass time. sorry for my minimalism here, but when i get back i'll write up details.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

The Walmarts and Targets around my area are all full of shit. Iv heard so many different stories today it seriously pisses me off. Cuz i went to camp at target wed night and got kicked out at 3AM. I was 2nd in line. So i called them in the morning and asked if they allowed campers and they said yes only after 3pm. So i went at 2 pm today and there were 8 ppl. I was like wtf? They said they were there since 4AM. 1 effin hour after i got kicked out. Then i went inside and asked how many PS3's they were gonna have and they said only 4. So i went outside and told the campers that and they said that the manager told them that there were 8. So then i finally called an hour later and they said they were getting 6! And then i finally called again 10 mins ago and they said they dont even know how many they are getting! WTF!
Im so sure they are bullshitting ppl cuz Walmart did the same thing. The only legit info i got was from Bestbuy but there have been ppl there for days so i cant go there. My last option is tomorrow morning at Fred Meyers cuz they will do a raffle and hope that luck is on my side.
Eff those Target and Walmart fags.

Looks like you got scrwed over pretty bad too. I did thye said bestbuy they wer egetting 25-100 well they got around 18 I think. Is that anywhere near around 100 no. To bad you could ahve got a ps3 to if they didint kick you out.

Well my friend works at best buy and what he told me was correct. He said they are getting 20 60gigs and 6 20 gigs. But they did not all arrive in one shipment and all gets to bestbuy at different times. Thats why some stores do a midnight release and some dont. It depends if they got all of their shipment or not.
At least they are honest about how many they have and not feed you BS just to get you off the phone. Im gonna call target again and tell you what they said this time...gimme a few mins.

Ok so i called Target and they still dont know how many they are getting. And for ppl who camped they are all gonna get kicked out tonight when the store closes. And are allowed to line up again at 5AM tomorrow. And tickets will be handed out.
Isnt that F***ed up??? They dont tell campers anything then kick them out at night. Then allow ppl to camp in the day and kick them out again. They are evil.
But at least i still have a chance tomorrow at 5AM tho.

i heard 26 or 40, 20 60's and 6 40's, or half and half. my friends in 6th is in out tent saving it. there is also a list of names of people in line when and their number up to 26 that the best buy greeter has, but its more of reference and if you leave for too long you can be f***ed if someone issnt there for you. i need to head back by 9:30. check out my console reviewing the the peaceful debate thread. oh, as at sicuit city just up the hill from bb, the manager said he had ten and the firt ten to sit in specific seats got it..an ambulance had to be called. also, best buy tells me they are getting no more ps3untill spring, because sony is releasing few untill then to build of stock for a great fight next summer-winter.

according to my observation little kids especially girls are dominating the camp scene...huh?
no lie both the best buys i went to had teenage girls 1st inline. Well 1 teen 1 20ish.
Maybe they are guarding spots for their boyfriends.
And every other place i visited the first 5 or so ppl were middle aged men some old in a group playing cards. There was this other bestbuy where the first guy inline was in a wheel chair!
Yea so pretty much all the early birds are ppl that either skipped school or skipped work....or doesnt do both.
