I do agree with the poster. I too download porn and sometimes you can search for normal stuff like 'nude blondes' and somewhere hidden in the file will be the word kiddie or 12yo. But I guarantee you that none of them actually contained kiddie porn and if they did I would be pissed. Although one time I downloaded something that had a normal title and ended up being a chic doing a dog, that was disgusting. But to the people that said he deserves to go to jail, you obviously didnt hear a word he said and your being ignorant. You cant even see the words unless you right click on the file and go to properties, so most people dont even know it says that. Afterall, its adults on the video and that is what REALLY matters. That is like saying you should go to jail because for dealing drugs out of the trunk of your car. Not because you had drugs, but because you had a piece of paper that said 'DRUGS' on it in your trunk under you spare tire and you didnt even know it was there. DONT BE MORONS!!!!
As to the original question, yes, I think someone is just messing with you. People do that a lot on the web you know. Ecspecially people that are anti-p2p and they just want to cause trouble.

haha, yep, but ppl got to be careful before they download files or look for a better solution cause even downloading them by accident is still illegal. anyway i defend this guy cause i know what kazaa is like!

yea wtf is this about kazaa crackin down on itz users? i heard that there sueing people over downloading things ( i.e. illegal pornography ), now is it becoming illegal to use kazaa period? and also ive downloaded porn ill admit that and ive gotten a few rather sick items mixed in with what i asked for, is that gonna be a problem? i heard there like havin raids on people who download porn? i mean im not worried about bein arrested but is this the end of kazaa???

The legality of downloading anything, whether it's porn or anything else comes down to breach of copyright. Undoubtedly, anyone producing a porn movie would copyright the movie to protect their intellectual right's. I would imagine that any suit taken out be the owners of kazaa, would be to prevent the law bearing down on them due to the type of material being downloaded. It also has the effect of potential advertisers being scared off as they wouldn't want to be associated with a company that allowed this type of material to be downloaded by their p2p client.

Um, I have a question, Are they getting people that download or have a lot of music or, people that are new subscribers, or just porn? What are they really after anyways, even if they do take kazaa away there will be more and more, so what is the point?
