Are you behind a router? I might be wrong about this though but you can try using Overnet which uses the eDonkey/eMule network but doesnt have the LowID issue (not that Ive noticed anyway)

ive been reading everyones posts and i am now convinced that kazaa is shite, there are loads of fakes but i guess i still use it coz it is fast, if am to use another p2p which ones is the best? cutting that long list to say 1 or 2?
i downloaded mirc but its gunna take me some time getting use to that since i dont know how to use it for downloading.

Go to Neo-modus.com , download direct connect , or Bearshare , Grokster and Kazaa are both loaded with spyware (Data Miners) and will not work after removing them with Ad-Aware 6.0,bearshare still works after removal of items .

downloaded emul,e the latest version 029b, looks good, very different to kazaa as u gotta connect to servers, i kept connecting to german ones tho so im gunna have to read a tutorial i saw somewhere on here that dela made to work out how to use it properly.
that direct connect does it have adware/spyware on it?

I'm pretty new with DC, and the few files that I've tried to download have all been canceled because the users have simply logged off. Would be the best if it could support download from multiple sources!!
With eMule, the only bad thing is that it's hard to find US versions of movies, most are french/german..., but very few are in english!
BTW, does anyone know where I could find some info about 'newbies' who want to try irc to download : could anyone give me any good servers??
