If you all could have seen her facial expressions,huffing,,and her other childlike behavior,you would have laughed your butts off. I was treated like a criminal from the time I walked into the courthouse,to the time I left. I was nothing but nice to this girl for 3+ yrs and also shared my house with her 3 other kids. I paid all house payments,rent,utilities,car insurance,and purchased her 2 cars in that span. I even gave her the $600 to file for dissolution,which didn't happen. Did I see a dollar of the $550 of the returned disolution money=NO!! She will never have it that good for the rest of her life. She worked for a total of 9 months out of that 3.5 yrs. She filed taxes jointly with her husband during the whole time. No taxes were taken out of his check,so she bailed his ass out from paying $5000 back to the government every year.
1 small fight is all we had. That fight wasn't even a fight.I told her like it was. She said we didn't do anything or go anywhere.I told with having kids every weekend,how can we. I also told her since I was footing the bill for everything,that I didn't have the money to do much. Bad winter,no overtime,and second mortgage just placed on house for my garage to be built. Here's some of the other things that I said that I tolerated:
1) Her mother constantly calling everyday to borrow money. She pays me back one day,next day she borrows it again. Her mom works,stepdad draws SSI,plus he works under the table for $15 an hour.They drink and smoke up all their money. I was also her laundromat.She'd bring her laundry over twice a week so it would save a couple bucks to buy smokes. I could tell because the disrespected bit@@ would smoke in my house and I'd smell it when I got off from work.
2)Her sisterinlaw constantly wanting to borrow money and have me cosign for stuff.
3)Ex gf cussing her kids out every other weekend.Calling the F'in retards,F'ing idiots,F'ing stupid. I was not allowed to yell.According to her,anything over a whisper is yelling.
4)Her kids tearing the hell out of my house
5)Her kids not brushing their teeth,not sleeping in the own beds,but usually all over the floor. Kids staying up late.
6)Her kids constantly knock down,drag out fights. One would be bawling before the car/truck would be pulled out of the driveway.Couldn't take them anywhere and very embarrasing.
7) Her bringing friends home to stay the night,without warning me.Her kids also bringing their friends over,without warning me.
8) Very little work out of her,but she wouldn't help clean house. I did my share,so I wouldn't help.
9)She used my house to babysit 2 kids for $40 a week. That was a slap in my face. Everyday,dirty diapers laying on the floor,kitchen table,end table. I got many pics of them a week before she left.
10) She quit cooking for us and her kids. If she cooked,it was hotdogs. Usually it was picking up fastfood.I did majority of cooking,all dishes,and all laundry.
11) Housekeeping: I got on her constantly.She had piles of clothes everywhere. I kept all mine picked up,and hung up.She had mounds and I had them numbered 1-6. Some of these mound/blobs were 6 months old. 95# of those mounds were unwearable. By the time it took a week to go through,I found 10 prs of my underwear that wes engulfed. I was nice enough to deliver 3 truckloads of her crap to her house,which $95 was junk.
That is just a short sample of what I had to put up for 3 yrs, and she didn't like it when I told her like it was. 1st fight,only fight,and she still wanted to make it look like it was all my fault. The guilt that I felt the 1st month she was gone. The sleepless nights I had worrying ab0ut her and the kids.She acts like I am a horrible monster.
I don't have to put up with it anymore.

Worked for me on the way from the court house the last time.

No news today about getting that cpo dropped. Hopefully tomorrow.Nobody should have the power to slap someone with a CPO unless it's a deadly situation. Name calling and I don't know how he'll react doesn't cut it.
Sucks driving 25 mins away to shop and run errands. At least gas is under $2 a gallon.

Latest update after we crucified her at the CPO hearing:
I did recieve a paper 2 weeks ago from the magistrate. He saw no reason why there should be a CPO placed on my because of no actual violence or history of violence.
I'm a lover and not a fighter, LOL!!!!!
On his magesty's request,there was a 14 day wait for either party to appeal his decision. That lapses today and as of yesterday,the ex hasn't filed a bogus appeal. I won't know for sure til monday,but my attorney already pencil'd in a hearing at the courthouse for my temporary custody around Dec 9.My attorney think's the ex won't make that hearing,so they'll turn over temp custody to me.
I'll have to have a motion filed to get my hunting rifles and shotgun back before the sherrif's dept sells them and keeps the money. Total BS when $3000 of guns and scopes are involved.
She screwed me out of my time to take kinzie trick-or-treating and most likely thanksgiving,but hopefully I'll have her for christmas.
Meanwhile,she has nothing to do with her other 3 kids and blowing kinzie's childsupport money for her cellphones,nails, hair,and bars.
I'm still cool as cucumber.Watching hours of judge judy,judge joe brown,and people's court are helping, LOL!!! I'd like to see what Judge judy would do to her.
I'm still pretty bummed about the situation,but hopefully the tide will turn in my favor. I'm also on vacation next week,so I can try to get Kinzie her social security #.Her worthless mother won't..
BTW: They're eliminating 54 employees at my factory. No layoffs,but basically terminating their employment. The global econonomy is in serious shape,so hope all the other AD members are doing ok.

hehehe.. you must be happy. Only wild turkey I have seen this year was £17.99 on the supermarket shelf :)
I'm off the drink too. 7 weeks until tonite.. and 2 fingers of ginger wine has made me feel really off.. never again.

CPO is off and I get my guns back monday. The ex called me today to pick up kinzie.Third time that she's changed her phone number.
I even took my exwife with me to pick up kinzie. Then off to grandma and grandpa's house for an awesome thanksgiving meal:
Turkey
Ham
Mashed taters
Rolls with real butter
Seafood salad
Cranberry sauce
Corn
Greenbeans
Apple pie
Pumpkin pia
and tons of other goodies!!!
My mom's a hlllbilly and an awesome cook!!!
