Turn the box off at the back, then press download, then switch it back on then it will work.

box has to be powered off first before pressing download ok.

Ok for the life of me I cant get my laptop to recognise the usb adaptor. It constantly comes up as USB2.0-Ser! and none of the drivers will work for it. The installer wont even recognise them!!! I'm on windows xp and now this is ridiculous, missed the lions match and everything.

Hi guy's another one begging for assistance! Received kryptview today and flashed using HiTeck's easy to follow guide (thanks HiTeck), scanned and have most if not all channels. Problem is they all say 'updating code' apart from the adult channels(Great i know but wifey not impressed, lol). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you scan from the direct feed or through a splitter. Are you in Ireland or the UK?

I am based in the UK and scanned through a splitter of which the other split goes to my broadband connection. I used the latest firmware but am now unsure as to whether this is spcefic to Ireland or not? Cheers for the help Scouser!

Hello I received my unit this week with the same problem with the remote control, you have to dig your nail into the buttons to make them work and this makes it very slow to change channels. I have purchased a new remote on my suppliers web site to see if the new one is any better. I will contact them and see if there is a history of this problem and see if there is a replacement program in place for the remote control, Regards.

Regards

Yes remote is quite bad. after reading other threads it would appear that you have to be VERY firm with the buttons lots of people have replaced with the purchase of a second which seems to be better, but don't expect miracles. Flea bay is the cheapest i think!

Done another scan using direct feed, no change. Flashed a previous firmware from the archieve, still no change. It's driving me crazy now! Throughout this the eurovox still working fine. Any help please!

All sorted guys thanks very much for the input. Read a previous thread where Scouser(I think) suggested/advised trying to scan with the broadband disconnected and low and behold all channels now visible. Thanks again!
