so if i set this new feature for "smooth", will I also see an improvement in sharpness that I wouldn't have had without the new feature?

I'll tell ya, i'm infinetly excited about the replace title with image feature. Rock on DD.
The image you replace a title with, i see that it's a .png
Supposing I wanted to make my own replacement images, could i use .bmp .gif .jpg etc? are there certain resolution choices I have to make?
anyway that you could point us towards making our own replacement images I think that'd be kinda cool.

I've noticed that when I use the new replace title with image feature (awesome) if using it allows me to go to 100% ratio dvdshrink still has the offer to deep analyze. Is this a mistake? Does reducing size by title replacement eliminate need for analysis or not?

If you've reduced the size of your DVD to a type 5, (100%) then deep analysis is not needed because the files that you have left will need no compression. In this situation deep analysis will only result in longer transcoding time without any gain. In short, deep analysis only benefits DVDs that require compression.

I've always known that to be the case. I was, however, concerned because upon viewing the preview of the analysis I saw that it was analysing the titles that I had replaced with still images. This concerned me that perhaps there was a reason it was still offering to deep analyze.
