Trouble with AnyDVD and CloneDVD2

Hello,

I'm a registered user of both AnyDvd and CloneDvd2, which works great. I am using a Lite On SOHW 812s drive running at 4x and 8x memorex 4.7gb media.

I am having trouble backing up Princess Diaries 2 and Be Cool. Both start OK and run thru the studio ads etc. but the actual movie will not play . All 3 different DVD players I have ran the DVD on do the same thing. They all shut down the video and display messages similar to " the disc is dirty" or "insert disc"

Any one have any suggestions? Thanks in advance

ummmm you could start by dumping those crappy memorex discs, and trying a better brand like, Taiyo Yuden, or Verbatim,then see if you still have a problem.

just use shrink to compress then Nero to burn free app and great results

Since when is Nero free?

There is nothing wrong with CloneDVD, coupled with AnyDVD, is a great bundle and should be giving you no problems,that combo is alot better than DVD Shrink.

Many thanks Jim Dandy.

Ran out to the local Best Buy and picked up a spindle of Verbatims. Be Cool backed up the very first try. I am going to order a spindle of Taiyo Yudens as soon as I use up these vebatims
