Got the TX finally working here in Co Meath. No perminent fix found yet. Had to resort to manually inputting c***s into box that I found on google.
Hope they don't go changing them again till after xmas

I know money is tight right now but you folk in MMDS land might consider geting yourself a dreambox 500-T, there is a proper fix for the latest Irish key change & it's been available for some weeks since this problem first hit the UK in November.

I know its only a short fix but i hope it keeps working for tomorrows matches.
Sounds like these TX boxes are not used in the UK so it could be a while before a software fix is available.
Luckly the other machine we have THE BOX SUPER is working fine thanks to updates on this great site....

I thought the word was that there were no fixes available yet for MMDS regardless of what type of box. Are you saying the most recent rom files released will work for ch**us mmds ?

Correct, tried & tested on both cable & mmds, drop the rom7 fix into your dreambox & auto roll is back 100% working.

What fix are you looking for, if it is for the EV TX, the thread you are posting on, then there is none at the minute, sorry.

Well if there is a temp fix, then I have never heard of it, the only temp fix is manual input, but you can't and must not ask those question relating to that, (What you need to manually input) - You would be advised to google, and as regards fixes, keep a check here. >>>>

This is beginning to p**s me off. Malci and karljd? What do you consider the inputting of codes manually to be, if not a temporary fix? You have never heard of it?? There are people out there who see this site as a way of solving their problem, when the powers that be, flick the switch and leave them without tv. They come here hoping to get a solution, and there is a solution, temporary as it may be, but its better than a blank screen! So they deserve that much at least. Nobody here has posted codes, yet there are quite a few who have benefitted from asking questions here over the past 24 hours, those of us who are not so technically minded as you guys, so give us some credit and let us get what we need without breaking the rules.
