I have AnyDVD and CloneDVD. I was just making a backup copy of my new movie on my new computer. I have the most current updates of both programs. CloneDVD was part way through the read process before I started the process, when it stopped. I waited awhile and tried again. It didn't work. Then when I restarted my computer, neither my DVD-ROM drive or my DVDRW drive work. They don't even show up in my computer. Does anyone know how I can get my computer and programs working again? Please help!!!
if you recently downloaded any program from the internet, you might have gotten spyware, i got a pretty bad one called "spysherrif" took me two days to get my computer back to normal. i downloaded from a warez site. (never going to do that again) any way, moral of the story is that after i got spyware on my computer my drives were disabled and my dvd and cd drives wouldn't even register.
How did you fix it so your drives would register again. That sounds like my problem, only I have good spyware and virus programs that run continually. Please advise.
My CloneDVD get stuck in the final part of coping the DVD (writing,erasing buffer), can closed program can exit ,can extract DVD from tray unless I restart computer. Need Help, any ideas?
