I just got this tool and I have NO idea how to use it. I can seem to find the answers. Can anybody give some insight????? Thanks klk

Install first-- look at the fox in your tray by the clock -- right click it and select HELP !

is it not working for you?
did you do a re-boot after the install?
if its working, when you load a disk in the drive, the red fox will turn gray for a second, then go back to red... (its in the tool tray)
