Nothing wrong with that either. :) As long as it's moist and yummy it'll do just fine. :) Boozer we are talking about beef and it's ok to eat it NOT well done as long as the "packer" can be trusted and your religious beliefs don't interfere with the preparation of the meat. ;) Hope that makes some sense.... lol.

I'm not hindu so I'm fine with beef. As long as the blood is drained.
We cant eat pork and stuff though.

Even raw meat doesn't taste like blood. ;) It has that meat taste but only more chewy. ;) Remember an animal is "bled" for a certain amount of time before they butcher it... Gets rid of that blood you're asking about. :)

To be honest as long as you are eating beef that is great with me. The more you eat the more you help me pay the bills. So fix it how you like and eat on. :)

Cool.
We mostly own Water Buffalo, camels and goats. Also a few cows, maybe like 30. That's in Pakistan though.
I'm trying to raise my own quail here in Florida. yummy.
I might have to go deer hunting one of these days...

no not at all it has much more favor cooked medium rare or medium compared to well done, IMO cooking a steak well done ruins it(makes it dry and tough and cooks the favor out of it). might as well eat shoe leather lol

I agree a 1000 percent, a rare to medium rare steak is much tastier and moist, After that you may as well give it to the dog. LOL

LOCO's right, post some pix of food that YOU actually cooked and ate. A lot of those tasty looking food pix and commercials are not real food but combinations of paste and other goo. They might look delicious but could not be eaten. LMAO
EDIT: This is a picture of Shrimp boil of 12-16 count shrimp we cooked a friend's house 2 mos ago. The corn on the cob hadn't been put out yet. We actually ate these beauties. It was a hot night and the cayenne just added to the sweaty necks.
Sometimes we may seem a little dense down here, but we eat better than anyone else in the world. That's not bragging that's just fact!!!!

I am sure some of it is fake, but the point is it looks good and can be made. It is just fun to talk about. Plus it keeps me good and sidetracked while I am at work all night!
