2. I didn't complain, if you read back, I said that I was fine with it.

3. Dial-up is all that is available out in the sticks. Will probably get indoor plumbing before high speed internet.

Basic Colour Schedule 4 cooking a good steak
Well Well Done very dry, not tasty at all
Well Done--No Red, Consistent Dark in colour but juicy
Med---Pink
Seared--90to95% Raw
Rare--50% Raw
Med Rare--50% down to 10% Raw Depending on taste
TarTar--Absolute Raw Room Temp, Marinate to Taste. Tenderloin is Delicious this way in small bites dipped in Garlic Butter
Good way to cook Baked Potato with this is to cut a plug out of each end & stick a piece of garlic in re-seal with plug. Bake till done

Roud Steak-Sear to Med, Add 2 cups water,1Pk Lipton Onion Soup,1to2 Cns Mushroomm,1 Med Onion. Near Done add Cornstarch or flour thicken to taste. Excellent Sandwhich on French-Cuban-or Rolls to your liking
Smothered in Gravy,Lettuce,Tomato,Mayo, a must

we call that a hot roast beef po-boy and have been eating them since I was a kid. Basically leftovers on french bread from depression era -"poor boy's lunch" will be quite appropriate in today's economy!

I think it's called "crazy train" meat.. hehehe. :P

Went to my local grocery store last evening and they had Lobster tails (5 oz.) on sale for $6.99/lb (yep a mistake was supposed to be $6.99 each) so I got 9 tails and the family got their first taste (and prolly last) of Lobster!!! GAWD is was GOOD!!!!!!! Sorry NO pix.... we was hungry and the camera wasn't in sight.... ROFL.... :P

Oh Man Greenman, you got me started on perogies, which I never made before but gave it a shot and yes it was a big success with a lot of hard work, now you post a pic of patatoe pancakes, which is another Ukie dish by the way and yes I made them before.

Now you got my mouth watering for them, so this weekend I'll be making a bunch, you got to stop this.

I dont mind making a dozen for me and the wife, its when the kids come home they demand a hundred, oh jeez I'm not looking forward to this, so yes it's the greenmans fault again, lol.

They'd never had Lobster?

I used to get two rock lobster tails with my steak at a local seafood restaurant here every time we went. Lobster is excellent,but I still prefer an all you can eat crab leg buffet....







There is one place in Myrtle Beach that has about three types of crab legs on the buffet depending on the season....had some dungenous crab legs from there and some interesting ones with hairy legs. I can't remember what kind they were.
