I sold my banned console for £180 with 20 games on ebay and I bought a brand new 60gb one with extra wireless controller and 3 games for £160 so banning doesnt bother me as ill always be in profit from it, I do not see why people moan about it as they know the risks. Ill sell the 3 games for probably £40 and the extra wireless controller for £20 too so im like £70 in profit from the ban plus I have a brand new console to boot :)

I have had a modded 360 for about a year and download games off of newsgroups and play online as you do and it is still not banned yet (knock on wood). But the difference is that I wait until I can stealth check the games with Mulleter before I play online which is normally after the release date. I think the questions is, if you had waited to the release date and stealth checked, would your one console be banned? Since your two 360's and back-up playing habits make you an ideal guinea pig, please let us know if your other console gets banned.

In regards to one being banned and the other not, are they the same consoles in regards to mother board, model, etc? Differences such as these may be the cause.

Also, those 20 games you sold on Ebay, were those originals or back-ups? If they were back-ups, are you worried about Ebay or someone else eventually reporting you to the police or something?
