We all know the risks we take when we mod our consoles, even with quality releases, stealth checks and what not. But If you got caught just because of playing unreleased games, I mean that's just stupid. What's the deal with that? Is this just some gamers childish "race" just to brag about being the first to play games or maybe somebody is giving up prices and I don't know about it?

If you can't wait to play a game despite risking being caught and BANNED from xbox live and having to buy another box to get online you simply were asking for it.
