AnyDVD Updates?

Hello all. First time poster. I've read for awhile and learned alot. Nice to find a forum that contains enough information that even a relative Newbie like myself can learn to burn backups in a couple of reads.
My question is this. Can you download AnyDVD updates as a file? I have a system that I use online and a stand alone offline system that I used to burn, and record music. (and now DVD's) I keep this system offline to prevent the possiblilty of viral and spyware problems affecting my audio recording software and files which are very important to me.
What I would like to do is download the updates and then transfer them via cd to my stand alone box.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to aD!
When you update AnyDVD yes you'll download a file. From there you can burn it to a cd and transfer to the other pc.
I do the same thing with my pc's I download the file but transfer via flash stick.

I use a flash disk too. I have the new AnyDVD 5.9.6.0 in my flash disk ready to be installed when i get home.

I never even thought of using a flash stick. I have one that currently sits under three inches of dust. It doesn't have huge storage capabilities so I never used it for anything. This is a perfect application for it.
