Am not ritch or anything but i think the ps3 is cheap for £400 because we get Blu-ray and a Blu-ray player is $800 alone and we are getting it built into are ps3 for £400 so i really do think its cheap what do you people think.
I have all consoles and Hand held consoles from 1988 to 2007.

Well I'de put it another way. PS3 is cheap for what you get. I think everyone will agree with that. It's worth the cost so i wouldn't say it's cheap i'de say it's worth it's price.

well ok worth the price but it is cheap for Blu-ray coz there players are $800 and we are getting one for £400 so it is kined of a bargain

With all the negativity surrounding Blu-ray players how is it such a great deal? Blu-ray players are OVERPRICED flat out no other way of putting it.You can get a great up-conversion dvd player for one fifth the price of the stand alone blu-ray player or even get the hd-dvd players and save 500 bucks and not even notice the visual difference.Its ridiculous how much is being chraged for some minor visual upgrades...I dont even think the hd-dvd players are worth it but if your going to do one get the hd-dvd player and save $500 bucks just common sense.People arent happy with the blu-ray player and format at this point so all the hype was just ho hum.Granted the blu-ray players are a grand so when getting the ps3 your saving 400 bucks and getting the blu-ray players and more.
To me its like this... You've got yourself a hankering for some ice cream/blu-ray player so you mosey on over to the store on a mission.Now the word on the street is that bobby lee's ice cream schnibbles(blu-ray player) are all the rave but it costs a WHOPPING $12 but since these things are hyped like the "grown up" is to a young lad such as myself so yo go ahead and take the risk and get yourself some bobby lees ice cream schnibbles.NOw you dish out the cash take your schnibbles home and sit down in your thrown to enjoy your ice cream... You take a bite of the that supposedly delicous schnibbles and its just ok,maybe even borderline garbage.You hear the next day that bobby lee's ice cream schnibbles are catching some harsh reviews and dont taste all that great.Now are you telling me that when bobby lee releases a new ice cream schnibbles/blu-ray player but its also bundled with cookies-n-cream/Ps3 on the side which we all know is pretty good but good ole bobby lee only dropped the price down $3 dollars that is THE DEAL OF THE CENTURY or a must have??? Dnglebry thinks not.The ps3/cookies-n-cream will be great but when it has something overrated that drives its price up its not that great of a deal.Heres what you do you go snag yourself some yum yum Rocky road ice cream/Xbox 360 or some chocolate chip ice cream/nintendo wii and save yourself the money then go back to your thrown and ENJOY!!!!

But they dont have a blue-ray drive do they? So you get great console and blue-ray player $600. Uless you get a x360 $400 plus a HD-DVD player $500 that's a total of $900. Hmmm that looks like i'm saving me some money

We'll have to wait and see i guess.WOW you know the price of the hd-dv player before MS even told anyone lucky you womp wom womp. So how is it you think sony can cut the blu-ray player price in half and put it inside the ps3 but Ms could only kncokc off $100 when adding it on to the xbox 360...strange huh?

No you get me wrong i'm saying an HD-DVD player now costs that so if you're doing it now then you spend too much when you can get BRD in the ps3

u guys force me to do this time for a lexzism,
allright so i go into a steak house and there is this VERY NICE steak with all the vegtables and sides (ps3) that is a little more xpensive,but tastes great. i go back and what they have is a cheaper steak so i buy it (xbox 360, wii) the steak is thin and has nothing with it but the waiter tells me oh but if u want sides u can get them. so i buy all of the same sides that comes with the VERY NICE STEAK and i ended up paying more than if i had just bought the VERY NICE STEAK.
