GrandpaBW,
Congrats to you! I know what you went through! I stopped a couple of times and I'm back again for a few years now. That was pretty stupid of me. Now I'm willing to give it a shot again but knowing that I'll be sick for a good few days kinda puts me off. Also anytime someone lights up close to me I can't stand it, have to light up myself. I know these sound like excuses, but is real. Now, when I stopped, I just did it from one day to the next, the longest I went without it it was for about a half year.
