too many would crowds the scene. ms needs to die out of the console market, we need a new contendor that takes time for quality with their product and issnt after nothing but draining our pretty pennies.
But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

in its time, nintendo will fall the fate of atari and be reduced to making games for the other. the companies making consoles will bid so high for the exclusive rights to new ninteno games that the company ill continue to flurish. imaging "zelda 46: links latest adventure" on ps4. then kirby gets taken for ps4, the other guy takes samus and mario.

i like philips ;_: but ya no way are they getting into the gaming industry. (ut2007 is gonna be tight)
but i think anibus is right...i doubt it will happen any time soon, but if the wii doesn't git it off real big and starts getting alot of users and gamers, then in the further future, nintendo could be downgraded to making and marketing their games for other consoles.
(zelda on playstation...WHOMG)

the phantom keeps insisting it will come out, but i doubt and i dont care. the ps3 does everything it can and a lot more. thye would have to redesign. i dont like this evo thing either, the parts inside are crap compared to the ps3, and the ps3 is cheaper.

Phillips already had their chance with the CD-I add-on for Super Nintendo. They also created those 2 completely gaey Legend of Zelda games, where Link looked like a woman in hot pants. Ugh...i'd beat up Nintendo exec who approved those games.

i need to make money soon. the ps3 release is only 3.5 months away and i want about $850 set for it, more if i can. im only getting 1 extra controller, and two games. if i have more money, ill get more.

It would piss me of if Nintendo went and made games for other consoles and I wouldn't play them.
As for the piece of *omitted words that would have resulted in a ban not only for me but the entire ip range of my isp* phantom you know what enough said about that.

i would wait awhile till people figure the ps3 insides out and make good working mods before trying to mod yourself o.o but maybe you're an expert, i just know i wouldn't want to tamper with my new $500+ equipment until i knew what i was doing.
what games is everyone most excited coming out on the ps3? mine are: Final Fantasy XIII and FF Versus XIII, MGS4, UT2007, Assassin's Creed, Resident Evil 5, Lair
and if you guys buy a ps3 what color do you want?

I think $ony went way overboard with all the technology. They should have put in the Cell processor & Bluetooth+USB+WiFi wireless and KEPT THE FRIGGIN' Blu-ray OUT!!!
Now instead of it costing maybe $300 new it's gonna cost >$500. really dumb move now that I think about it. Sega learned this after the Sega CD. Great tech.....too d*mn early to introduce it to customers.
The more i read, I think $ony is gonna get screwed bad over this system. It's not too late, they could always yank the Blu-ray player & put in DVD to start.

Yeah it did. Everyone knows sony is pushing BRD the same way they pushed dvd by putting it in the ps2.

hahaha goodluck for both of what you want. i did the math on backing up ps3 games. you'd have to make 100 backups of full price games to break even on your investment. not gunna happen. and i think that will be one of its final prices.

Its gona be a while before anyone can afford to do back ups. $750.00 for a BRD-R drive then the media being $20.00 a pop.

if the ps3 did not have blue ray i would of not bought it as soon as it came out , i own sony/microsoft/ products and one of the things i would love is that the fact that each blue ray costing over $800+ and its just a standalone player i'd rather buy the entire high end console i mean c'mon it had more hd space then 360 has other items that you would have to spent out more on x360 and i cannot forget that a person in which alot of us owns 35+ original games we would love backwards compability not emulation.... like 360 does ... so really its kind of a bargin the ps3 and im purchasing it for many of the facts that helps the unit incluiding the blue ray .
gamining consoles do loose profit in first but they gain it with games , its like a inkject printer , it cost alot but what your really paying for is the ink cartrdige same boat on the gaming idistry
so far this thread was soposed to be sega and im seeing a bit of sega and alot of other talk .
sega i belive sold themselves to some company i cant rememer but if they do make a console i know i would of not bought it cuz i mean what games are good for it ?
