Liquidusx, what is your email and I will send it to you. Either that or do a search on yahoo or google for the file.

ok, obviously you have both layers extracted onto your hard drive. Lets make a backup of the male version of the game. Put all the fmv01 through fmv14 files into pssdown and downsample them to 50%. Also, put the credits.pss into the pssdown utility and downsample this as well. You should have the files all downsampled and in this order in your MOVIES folder from the second disc layer.

Climax.pss (won't downsample leave as is)
Credits.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV01.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV02.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV03.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV04.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV05.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV06.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV07.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV08.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV09.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV10.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV11.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV12.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV13.pss (downsample 50%)
FMV14.pss (downsample 50%)
Intro.pss (Won't downsample leave as is)

This is the file order for your newly created MOVIES folder.
Delete all the FMV01A through FMV14A files either before putting them into CDDVDGen or after putting your newly created MOVIES folder into CDDVDGen whichever you want to do. The complete file order in CDDVDGen is

SYSTEM.CNF
LIBEENET.TXT
SCUS_974.79
COFIG.XML
CNF
NETGUI
IRX
SOUND
STREAMP
STREAMT
MUSIC
STREAMW
ARCHIVE.IMP
ARCHIVE.BIN
BGMOVIES (with bgfrontend downsized or not)
MOVIES (the folder that has the FMV files dowwnsized and FMVA files deleted and in the order above.)
PAD.TXT (just use the one from the second layer don't use both. There are PAD.TXT files on both the first and second layer!)

Now, after all of the files are in this order, run CDDVDGen and export all files.

you should have iml,lst and 000,001,002 etc. files.

Grab a copy of ISOBUILDER CDDVDGEN rebuilder which is everywhere on the net and insert the 000,001,002 etc files in order and pick a destination to save your iso. Once you have your iso burn in at 4x onto good media. After burning (I used alcohol) Test it out. You should be able to play it flawlessly only on the male version!

If you want female version, delete all the non FMVA files instead and leave the FMVA files in the same order as above to create a 2 dvd set. This is what I have done. IML2DVD did not work for me so I suggest you getting your hands on ISOBUSTER CDDVDGen rebuilder or post your email and i will get it to you. If I find the address, I will post it here. Let me know what happens. Good Luck!

Here is the link to CDDVDGen ISOBuilder 1.0

It is about half way down the page scroll down and you will see the link available for download.

Hope this helps!

***Notice all the FMV01 through FMV14 files were deleted***

Delete all the FMV01 through FMV14 files either before putting them into CDDVDGen or after putting your newly created MOVIES folder into CDDVDGen by right clicking and deleting, whichever you want to do.

Now, after all of the files are in this order, run CDDVDGen and export all files like usual.

you should have iml,lst and 000,001,002 etc. files.

Grab a copy of ISOBUILDER CDDVDGEN rebuilder posted above, and insert the 000,001,002,003,004 files in order in the input files window of the program. Pick a destination to save your iso to by clicking on the destination tab and naming your iso. I have noticed that it is best not to do anything else on the pc while this process runs. Sometimes my ISOBUILDER will completely disappear and run in the background. Just let this run and it will finish on its own, don't think that there is an error with the program. In a matter of time you will return to your pc and see the ISO completed successfully box. Once you have your iso burn in at 4x onto good media (or whatever you find best). After burning (I used alcohol) Test it out. You should be able to play it flawlessly only on the male version or female version depending on the version you made!

In case you missed it above, here is the link to CDDVDGen ISOBuilder 1.0

It is about half way down the page scroll down and you will see the link available for download.

Hope this helps! If it doesn't work after this or you cannot understand these instructions, you are on your own. This is the best anyone can explain the procedure. Ask any questions you may have. May the force be with you...

NOTICE This is common sense, but if you try playing the male version on the female compilation or try playing the female version on the male compilation, it will either freeze or not have any movies at all. That is why you need to make it as a 2 disk set. Just thought that I would let you know this.

Liquid, it will freeze, just let it go. I wrote that earlier in my post. Run the program and let it be. Come back to it in like 1/2 an hour and it will be complete trust me. Do not use IML2DVD it will not work. It freezes but it works. Do this as I say and you will have success. It may take longer than 1/2 hour depending on your pc cause it is a pretty big file. If you want the game to work you will let it go no matter how long it freezes for. You will be glad you were patient and waited when you eventually see the ISO completed successfully and the game works. Trust me. I am not the only one who knows my method works. Follow it and have faith. Let me know your results!

the reason it appears to be freezing is because it is running in the background. Your specs on your pc are obviously better than mine and you have the same version ps2 but I use swap 2.0. I burned at 4x and used verbatim so in conclusion, either you are not setting up the files right or your media is shit. I don't know what else to say because it is proven by more than just I to work.

Let me know what happens. Have patience...and trust...it works!

oh, and what did you mean by 3 files? There should be

.000 file
.001 file
.002 file
.003 file
.004 file

in CDDVDGen ISO Builder 1.0

that is 5 files. If you have 3, then you are not rebuilding it right.
Let me know what you meant by 3 files. you have me confused unless you are just doing this to mess with my head because if you are a senior member and me a newbie, this should be an easy process don't you think? Let me know what results from this. Like I said before, at least I can load my copy and play it with a smile, if you give up or cannot follow this step by step guide to a T, then go and spend your money on it or don't play it at all. I went out of my way to help you and gave you more than enough to figure it out. Nobody helped me and I got it to work. Someone, anyone, I need a promotion :) Get back with me. Later all...

Again, no problem guys. It makes me feel good to know that I could contribute on making this game work. After all the times I have looked for help with other games in the past, I was finally able to give something back in return. Without all of my past experience and prior help from people on this site and others, getting this game to work would have been nearly impossible. I hope everyone else that reads these posts has success. Enjoy this great game and I look forward to helping all of you more in the future. Peace out everyone...until next time!

Having problems with CDVD GEN 1.5 and CDVDGEN iso builder with ATV offroad fury 4. When i insert all of my files in CDVD GEN 1.5 and click to export iml to harddrive it sends a iml file of 52 kb and also sends a iml.ims file of 1,820. It does not make the four different files of 000. 001. 002. 003. 004. Any help would be appreciated! thanks

Jmlax19, this part was a bit vague especially if you haven't used CDVDGen before. This is what I did at this point:

After dropping my files in the correct order, I clicked on the "Volume" button and where it says "Disc Name" I entered SCUS in the first box, then 97479 in the next box.

Where it says "License Area" I chose America. (did this because I remember doing it with God of War)

Then I clicked on the "Rec" button. A window that has "Export temporary iml file" comes up. I named it ATV4 and put it in the same directory the rest of the files I was editing.

When you click Save it will pop up a message that says something about the recording unit not connected, click ok and another message that says Initialization failed, click ok again.

Then another screen pops up that says "CD/DVD-ROM Recording Unit Controller version 2.00" at the top. This is the part of the program that makes the individual files you're looking for. Just click "File" at the top and choose "Export Image". Name the file and choose your directory. When it's done you'll have your 000. 001. 002. 003. 004. files in the selected directory.

Just follow the instructions previously provided by Gamer4208 and all should be well.

That's a good one Gamer, LOL. I searched for 2 hours before I finally found it on some obscure site. Now of course I can't remember where it was. I seem to recall I found it from a link that said something about Expert tool or something. I'll see what I can dig up. If not, I can email it.

Here we go! Now I remember, it was located on a PSP site for some reason. Not sure if you can use it for PSP or not but one post I read said it couldn't. Doesn't matter anyway, here's the link:

I second what he said..........i did mine twice with dvd decriptor and it said 8.03 gig and then 7.7 something gig. This games graphics are absolutly insane and their are so many options that it has to be over 4.7 gig. I was trying to use ripit4me and that is absolutly amazing. If you want to burn movies all you do is put it in the freakin tray and it loads everything automatically. In the tool bar you can choose what you want to download but make sure you have it all downloaded the fixvts, decriptor, and shrink. I am going to rent this game again and try to do it this way. My movies are coming out perfect with amazing quality shrinking it almost 65% of the originally size. If anyone knows how to get this 7-8 gig atv off road fury 4 working properlly, PLEASE TELL ME ASAP, my email is bpryan422@gmail.com I could answer all kind of questions, ill get back to you as soon as possibly

Not exactly sure what you're talking about. Probably the only way you could fit this whole thing on one 4.7 gig DVD would be to shrink all of the movie files to like 5 or 10%. Even then it would probably be too big. Gamer gave the best guide to be able to keep good quality cut scenes AND be able to play both male an female roles. Unfortunately it takes 2 DVD's but that's a small price to pay if it works.
