does any one know where i can get all the software from for my nokia d box 1 i have both the cables for it and need the software ive read the threads about it sayin i need the flash 3.4 or something can n e one tell me where to get it all thanks

What is flash 3.4?
You need DVB2000 on the dbox1, a multicam with amon chip and a funcard prograsmmed with dbox1 files and valid keys.

Normally DVB2000 is already installed if you buy a dbox1 via ebay.
Are you sure you got a dbox1?

Check the backside of the box. If you see 3 scart sockets its a nokia dbox1.
It makes no sense to change the dvb2000 version. At the first page of this thread there is a description about how to do scan channels via the tuner menue.
At the second page there are funfiles for programming a funcard. Precondition is a multicam with amon chip. Without a amon cam you cannot get the funcard going and you cannot decode the scrambled channels.

i tried all that with the tuner and that mate it just says no signal yeh ther r 3 scart sockets on the back n e ideas wot i can do

Maybe the cable signal is too weak or you chose the wrong frequency or the wrong symbol rate.

Frequencies and symbol rate depends on your area.
Download a dbox2 services.xml for your area and open it with a editor.

Hi guys,

the dboxes1 works without any problems in uk or ireland and YOU DONT NEED A AMON 5.4 CAM MODULE !!! Just type in the CORRECT SYMBOL RATE and FREQUENCY from your AREA in the TUNER MENU and then DO A FULL SERVICE SCAN ! Thats all. Its so easy :) I have just done it and everything works without any problems.

The freq or symbol rate you can get from your provider if you phone them or you can find many lists in google.

This is true but you only get the FTA channels without the Amon.

Simply forget that crap.
It looks like you want to promote your scamming offers via ebay.
Its not possible to decode nagra1 scrambled channels at a dbox1 without amon cam and valid programmed funcard.

The Freq for Mansfield is 7550 or 7390 and the Symbolrate is 6952. Let me know if this has helped you to do the full scan. Regards

hi mate thanks for the SYMBOL RATE and FREQUENCY for mansfield i tried it but when i hit 9 to do a scan it just says no signal any ideas wot it could be

ive tried them for the SYMBOL RATE and FREQUENCY i also tried 06887 for the ntl symbol rate aswell but still says no signal

you type the figures wrong ! Freq or Symbrate Only 4 digits not more ! Do not use 06887 !! Use 6887 ! If it still dont work try it again with these symbol rates : 6952, 6887 If this still dont help then the freq is incorrect.

It looks like you never operate a dbox1. You have to type the leading zero for the symbol rate.

Connect your feed to the tuner of your telly and do a scan at your TV. You don't need a dbox for the free channels.

i did that mgb i can get more channels but i wanna try and get the movies and that thats y i wanna try and sort this shit d box out mate ive tried all the symbol rates and freqs that people have told me but still cant figue it out lol any ideas
